ARM: dts: msm: Add USB ID gpio for wcd9306 mtp variant for msm8939

An external ID line using msm gpio is used on MSM8939 for
USB ID detection. Hence install pin configurations for usb_id_gpio.
Also set mode to OTG mode as well as both device and host modes
are supported.
