config: msm: Enable Memory related debug configs

 * Enable the SLUB debugging and panic for object
   and slab errors to allow capturing relevant debug
   data.
 * Enable DEBUG_HIGHMEM, DEBUG_VM configs to catch
   memory corruptions.
 * Mark the kernel text section as read only.
