defconfig: msm9625: enable msm_rmnet_bam 



Enable msm_rmnet_bam by activating it and the required Quality of Service
options in the 9625 defconfig.  The msm_rmnet_bam driver is required for
enabling the embedded data path over the bam_dmux transport driver.
