msm: mdss: consider multiple solid fills for ppp resource update

Currently only one solid fill is considered in the ppp resource
calculation for mdp3 targets. Now there is a possibility to receive
multiple solid fill request prior to the blit for actual layers.So
we have to add these resource requirements in the resource calculation.
