msm: socinfo: Add HW platform for MPQ HRD and DTV

Add HRD and DTV platform strings to be reported for hw_platform.

The socinfo_init identifies the hw_plat ids are 13 and 14 for
HRD and DTV hardware variants of MPQ8064 target, so that the
socinfo_show_platform_type API will get hw_plat id as defined
in hardware_plaform structure. Without this change it will show
'socinfo_show_platform_type: Invalid hardware platform type found'
error in  kmsg logs.
