msm: acpuclock-8974: Correct voltages for 2.2GHz PVS Bin 6 parts

A zero was accidentally truncated from the end of all voltages
in this table, making them 10 times smaller than they should have
been. Parts in this bin are not yet available, so this change
should have no immediate effects.
