defconfig: msm8610: Enable USB-UICC support

USB-UICC cards support Smart card class (CCID) and mass storage
interfaces. Enable the corresponding USB class drivers. The mass
storage depends on SCSI, so enable it as well.

An external SPI to Inter-Chip USB controller is used to connect
these cards on MSM8610. This controller driver is loaded when
the card is inserted. Compile it as a module.
