arm/dt: msm8974: Switch PMIC pin status to 'ok'

Both gpio and mpp pins default to 'disabled' in the
msm-pm8[89]41.dtsi files. Invert this default since the majority
of pins we want enabled, and thus we optimize for the more common
case. This reduces the noise in the board-specific files.
