msm:cpp: Add support for MSM8994 in CPP driver

CPP in platform MSM8994 has new features and engines.
It supports temporal noise reduction. It needs two
additional buffers. They are used as ping pong buffers.
CPP driver have to be changed so it can support them.
The frame message is also different and corresponding
chnages must be done.
