msm: kgsl: A405 snapshot dump changes

Skip registers in snapshot dump for the blocks removed from A405
core. XPU (Protect Unit), VMIDMT (Virtual Machine ID Mapping Table)
CCU (Z/Color Cache Compression Unit) and 3 instances of SP,TPL1,RB
are removed. VBIF is updated to version 0x20050000, A420 is of 0x20000000.
Select the VBIF registers based on VBIF version id in snapshot dump.
