ASoC: msm: Fix seekbar issue while excercising tunnel mode playback.

While playing a file via tunnel mode, the timestamp was not getting
updated in the seekbar.

Provide a fix for this by parsing the lsw and msw timestamp
correctly before being sent to userspace.
