msm: fsm9900: Add GPIO table for UIM device

Add gpio configs for the UIM module at BLSP2_UART1. It owns following
4 GPIO lines while it is in operation.

- UIM_DATA
- UIM_CLK
- UIM_RESET
- UIM_PRESENT
