msm: pil-pronto: Fix WCNSS WDOG bite interrupt handler

Disable WCNSS watchdog bite interrupt when it is triggered,
irrespective of whether the SSR is in progress. If the bite interrupt
is not disabled, the handler will get called continuously and that
would result in Apps WDOG Bark.
