msm: board-8064: Add support for remapped PM8917 GPIOs

Add support for APQ8064 + PM8917 CDP by conditionally remapping
GPIOs based upon the presence of a PM8917 chip.  GPIOs are
remapped as follows (unmentioned GPIOs are not remapped):
