ARM: dts: msm: add qcom,rparasitics-uohm for pmi8994 charger

qcom,rparasitics-uohm is used to estimate the maximum current that can
be drawn out of the battery. Use a value of 100000 uohms as a
conservative estimate of the board impedance + the battery capacitative
resistance.
