ARM: dts: msm: Sync dtsi bus table entries with driver bus load table

The venus driver calculates the bus bandwidth based on the load
frequency table in its driver. The number of entries needs to match
with the bus bandwidth entries in the dtsi file. If the values in
these two tables do not match, the driver requests the wrong bandwidth.
Update the table entries to match.
