ARM: dts: msm: update clock feature for PCIe on APQ8084

On APQ8084 v1.1, the AUX clock of PCIe controller is synchronous
to the PCIe core clock. This feature does not exist on APQ8084
v1.0. Thus, enable it for PCIe on APQ8084 v1.1 only.
