ASoC: msm8x16-wcd: update WG timer value to fix cnp failure

For Ear Rx path, on TSMC parts in tombak CnP failures
are seen. By updating the wave gen (WG) and delay times
to 10/11mS respectively lowers the EAR CnP. Update the
driver to use this WG timer value for Ear Rx path.
