ARM: dts: msm: Enable UFSHC and UFSPHY for APQ8084 CDP

An embedded UFS device is mounted on APQ8084 CDP. Hence, enable
UFS host controller and UFSPHY device nodes on APQ8084 CDP to
probe the device.
