msm: vidc: Do not set continue data transfer mode as default

Incase IL client does not set adaptiveplayback/smoothstreaming
mode, then during sufficient buffer resource event from firmware,
crop event will be sent to IL client.
Native window will not be updated with new stride/scanlines. This
will lead to corrupted display.
Set continue_data_trasfer only incase client sets it explicitly sets it.
