ASoC: msm: qdsp6v2: Add support for new design of AVS

In new AVS design, only MODEM processor serves
both the ADSP and MODEM domain IDs. So avoid
APR determining domain ID based on destination
processor, instead add one more field in svc and
update domain details at the registration.
Keep the common code in apr.c and use apr_v3.c
for ULT family
