ARM: dts: msm: Add MSM8994 LiQUID docking station device

Add the device tree nodes to support the LiQUID docking
station device. This allows the USB and Ethernet ports
to function whenever the tablet is inserted in the dock.

Also remove the usb1_vreg regulator. The previous definition
was simply a hack to satisfy the EHCI USB host driver
requirement. Now that it is optional, we can remove it.
Moreover it was configured to toggle the hub reset GPIO,
for which the dock driver now does.
