msm-camera: Use waiteventinterruptibletimeout during sensor init.

If sensor probe fails VIDIOC_MSM_SENSOR_INIT_CFG ioctl is
blocking, so modifying wait_event_interruptible call to
wait_event_interruptible_timeout.
