ARM: dts: msm: Enable workaround for SUSP SOF HSIC issue on 8974

8974 HSIC has SUSPEND SOF hardware issue where HSIC may report
device disconnect after SUSPEND. Other SOF related issues on
HSIC for RESET and RESUME are fixed. Enable only the SUSP SOF
workaround.
