ARM: dts: msm: add USB data-line pull-up regulator phandle for SMB135x

USB data lines should be at appropriate voltage level for SMB135x
hardware to perform the automatic source detection.
Add phandle of USB data-line pull-up regulator to enable regulator
voting by the SMB driver.
