msm: defconfig: enable msm_rmnet_bam on 8974 



Enable msm_rmnet_bam on 8974 by setting CONFIG_MSM_RMNET_BAM=y
The msm_rmnet_bam driver is required for enabling the embedded data path
over the bam_dmux transport driver.
