input: touchscreen: bu21150: sync register state with HW pin state

Touch AFE can support auto mode transition from gesture idle to
gesture mutual, which enhances touch-to-wake performance. When auto
mode transition is enabled, at resume, we need to make sure that HW
pin state and touch AFE regsiter state are in sync.
