msm: kgsl: Read the status registers on split interrupts

Read the AHB_ME_SPLIT_STATUS and AHB_PFP_SPLIT_STATUS registers
when ME or PFP timeout interrupt occurs respectively. These
registers provide more information about the fault and is useful
for debugging.
