ARM: dts: msm: Clear WARM_RESET reason registers for PM8916

MSM8916 has a hardware feature to catch resets which aren't
triggered by the MSM, in such scenarios the warm reset registers
may give a incorrect reset reason. Enable the DT property to
clear these registers to maintain the correct warm reset reason
across resets.
