ARM: dts: msm: Add support for MSM8909 1GB on RCM



Add new DTS files for MSM8909, to support 1GB on RCM
board. While at it, fix the board-id for msm8909 512MB
RCM variant and the order of 8909 & 8208 dtbs in the
Makefile.
