power: qpnp-smbcharger: use the analog TCC sensors

Currently many PMI8994 charger parts are untrimmed. The fuel gauge adc
can give wildly wrong values, and this can impact the charger end of
charging.

Fix this by switching to using the analog termination current sensors
instead.
