ARM: dts: msm: disable vbatdet irq based recharge for MSM8909 SKUC

The vbatdet irq is triggered unexpetedly on MSM8909 SKUC board when
charging is done. Disable vbatdet based resume charging and this will
disable vbatdet irq inexplicitly.
