defconfig: 8610: disable SLUB_DEBUG on perf defconfig 



There is a 30% improvement on some benchmarks with CONFIG_SLUB_DEBUG
disabled. Hence disable it on perf defconfig to improve performance.
This also reduces the memory footprint.
