arm/dt: msm8974: Separate cdp and mtp dtsi for camera 



On 8974 cdp, OV2720 sensor uses CCI master 0 while on 8974 mtp, it
uses CCI master 1. Separate dtsi files for 8974 cdp and mtp to address
this and to accomodate any changes between cdp and mtp in the future.
