usb: gadget: mbim: Set NDPinDivisor to 1

Set NDPinDivisor to 1 when IPA is the peer BAM.
This is required since IPA can align data on a single
byte boundary only, it can't pad data to a 4 bytes alignment.
Setting NDPinDivisor of 1 will report this to the MBIM
host.
