ARM: dts: qti: 8916: update device tree to utilize skeleton64.dtsi

MSM8916 supports both 32bit and 64bit CPU modes of operation,
add support to allow memory mapped devices to live beyond the
32bit (4GIG) boundary and limit the devices under soc-node to
be 32bit physically addressable only.
