ARM: dts: msm8909: Correct SMMU global interrupts

GFX and APPS SMMU were configured with wrong global
interrupt lines which resulted in interrupts from
other line triggering SMMU's global fault
handler even though there were no SMMU fault.
Correct this to ensure that global interrupts are
triggered only when we have an SMMU global fault.
