ARM: dts: msm: Add linear charger support for PM8909

PM8909 has linear battery charger peripherals for controlling
battery and charging information. Add linear charger device node
with charging information.

Add following subnodes for individual peripherals:
- bat-if: battery interface peripheral node
- chgr: charger interface peripheral node
- usb-chgpth: USB charge path detection and input current limiting
		configuration
- misc: misc peripheral node.
