wl12xx: use wl1271_acx_beacon_filter_opt for both sta and ap

Use ACX_BEACON_FILTER_OPT for both station and ap roles
(use the generic wl1271_acx_beacon_filter_opt()
instead of wl1271_acx_set_ap_beacon_filter() ).
