arm64: boot: Add dtb list for device j7, (A3,A5,A7)2016, View(LTE)

 I used Camera config instend of creating MACH_$(DEVICE) i used the camera one
 as there was dividing device and had the very idenitical name to deivice code
 name. Making of MACH config would be a useless define

 Where as on commit:
 ------------------

 I prefered EUR_OPEN file and the LTE version of the devices
 as On j7 it work fine for other variant like j7e3g so assumming it will work
 on the wifi-only version of galaxy view too.
