dts: exynos7580: enable performance event support

This patch enables support for the perf interface by defining the corresponding
kernel configuration flag and extending the device tree by the required entry.

PMU provides various statistics on the operation of the CPU and
memory system at runtime, which are very useful when debugging or
profiling code.

This already enabled on stock Nougat kernel and enables the same.
