V4L/DVB (5385): Fix compilation issue with zr364xx when V4L1 is disabled

Add a missing header to fix compilation issue in the zr364xx driver when
CONFIG_VIDEO_V4L1 and CONFIG_VIDEO_V4L1_COMPAT are not set.
