staging: line6: drop CONTROL from CONFIG_LINE6_USB_DUMP_ANY

CONFIG_LINE6_USB_DUMP_CTRL is no longer used by the code and therefore
no longer plays a role in CONFIG_LINE6_USB_DUMP_ANY.
