[PATCH] microcode: fix mc_cpu_notifier section warning

Structure mc_cpu_notifier references a __cpuinit function, but isn't
declared __cpuinitdata itself:

to .init.text: from .data after 'mc_cpu_notifier' (at offset 0x118)
