[SCSI] arcmsr: fix up bin_attr functions

    sysfs: add struct file* to bin_attr callbacks

Added an extra struct file * parameter at the beginning, which the
arcmsr binary attribute additions didn't have.  Fix this to prevent
nasty crashes.
