V4L/DVB (10836): Kconfig: replace DVB_FE_CUSTOMIZE to DVB_FE_CUSTOMISE

The name of the option is DVB_FE_CUSTOMISE. However, on a few places, a wrong
name were used, due to a typo (DVB_FE_CUSTOMIZE).
