gralloc: Fix the framebuffer init and post

This is a hybird version of the original gralloc and
newer gralloc https://github.com/Exynos7580/android_hardware_samsung_slsi-cm_exynos7580/commit/cb48163dc7c1caf96f28f5bf557ccdf71a7ee56d


as on older (original) had camera working and newer had pixel format working.
so this is mid solution of both issue.

by the following commit pixel format which were yellow instand of blue are now fixed
