cmhw: Add DisplayModeControl support

Make use of LiveDisplay's implementation of display modes.

Remove AdvancedDisplay's display mode support as it duplicates
functionality provided by the CMHW implementation.

Based on Sean hoyt's original work on klmintwifi.
