hal: adjust position of QCHAT FE DAI for APQ8084

With the introduction of Quaternary MI2S Hostless Front-end
DAI for APQ8084, QCHAT FE DAI has been moved to possible at
the bottom of the list. Update the position of the QCHAT FE
as per the new position.
