Configs: msm8937: Select right audio_policy file

Select right audio_policy_configuration.xml file for wearable.
Remove /vendor/etc/audio/audio_policy_configuration.xml for
it will be sellected with high priority.
Then /vendor/etc/audio_policy_configuration.xml will be ignored.
